As part of our ongoing commitment to the Non-Revenue Water (NRW) reduction programme (Programa de Reducción de Pérdidas de Agua II – PRPA II), a recent site visit was carried out in the two project locations Huánuco and Trujillo, Peru, to assess the progress of the projects implemented with Seda Huánuco and SEDALIB.
During the visit, key meetings were held with local teams to evaluate the advancements made through the institutional strengthening support provided by MACS. The mission also served as an opportunity to review the project strategy alongside consortium partners GITEC-IGIP and WMI, and to collaboratively identify solutions to current and future challenges.
