At the beginning of March 2022, a site mission to the KORCA Region Waste Management Project and assistance to the Solid Waste Landfill Company KRWM (Korca Region Waste Management) took place. It was almost stuck in a snowstorm in Southern Albania. The KRWM management team recieved assistance and training workshops. Emphasis of the project is currently laid on active awareness campaigning and implementation of waste separation and the active promotion of waste avoidance and recycling.
