In the framework of the Ajara Rural Water Supply and Wastewater Program, 23 Eco Clubs established in Schools in Rural Ajara compteted during April and May in all 5 munipalities for the best concept and story about the importance of a clean Environment, proper and reliable water supply, wastewater treatment, Health and Hygiene.
The Ajara Water Alliance (AWA) assisted by the MACS team assisted the eco clubs and coordinated with the Batumi State University. Students and Professors of the University are mentoring the eco clubs.
After the semi fiinals implemented during the last week of May, on June 4th the final event will be implemented aith the finalists from all municipalities in the Main Hall of the Batumi State University
