At the invitation of datenschutz nord GmbH, the Management Director of MACS, Dr. Schiller, presented the Information Security Management System developed by MACS at DSN Campus Tage 2026. He outlined the initial challenges faced by management and employees in introducing a standards-compliant ISMS and explained how these were overcome step by step through the development of infoSEC, MACS’s in-house tool. He also described how the process ultimately paved the way for systematic organizational development. Dr. Schiller’s "real life" presentation initiated a lively discussion with and among the audience about the costs and benefits of an information security management system.
