After two years with the Covid-19 Pandemic and reduced size of the yearly retreat, this year MACS Energy & Water and the colleagues from the MACS Serbia Office in Belgrade and MACS do Brazil in Fortaleza finally had the opportunity to meet in person and discuss the direction for the company for the next year.
The Retreat took place at Kloster Eberbach from th 17th to the 19th of October, and besides Workshops discussing the future development strategy of the company also included a tour of the Abby and wine tasting on location, since Kloser Eberbach is the biggest winery in all of the State of Hesse.
Fostering closer interaction between the different regional offices and increasing the familiarity between old and new staff shall be one of the goals MACS will try to implement in the upcoming months.
