We are happy to share that as part of our cooperation with the German-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (AHK), our Director of the Sustainable Finance service area, Nikola Ćatović, for the fifth year contributed as a lecturer and jury member to the Young Energy Europe (Energy Scouts) programme in Montenegro and Serbia, on this initiative.
In Montenegro, 20 Energy Scouts from 10 companies were officially certified, while in Serbia, the 2025 programme concluded with 28 newly certified Energy Scouts. In total, 48 professionals successfully completed the programme across both countries.
The Young Energy Europe programme plays an important role in strengthening in-company capacities to identify and implement energy-efficiency measures, contributing to measurable energy savings, cost reductions, and emissions mitigation. We look forward to following the implementation of participants’ projects and the results achieved in practice.
The programme is funded by the European Climate Initiative (EUKI) of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection.
