MACS is excited to announce that our expert for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, Ms Ana Minić, has been selected to participate in the inaugural Mentorship Program for Women in Energy, organized by the WISE Serbia women's network. This initiative focuses on sustainable energy, green economy, and climate action.
Supported by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), the program provides a valuable opportunity for participants to enhance their knowledge, develop new skills, and expand their professional networks through close collaboration with experienced mentors.
Ana will be guided by Svetlana Cerović, Head of Specialized Financing at UniCredit Bank, throughout the six-month program. This mentorship will involve sharing advice, knowledge, and experiences, not only to support Ana’s growth but also to positively influence the professional environment around her.
