Albania: Short Mission Study: Optimization of the Albanian Subsidy Scheme for the Water Sector
MACS carried out a short-term mission for GIZ to assess the current water sector subsidy scheme in Albania in regards to its procedures and effects. Shortcomings of the subsidy scheme were identified and recommendations for improvements were made, including a workshop with stakeholders.
