This morning, the representatives of BSU (Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University), "Batumi Water" BTS, "Adjara Water Alliance" and MACS signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the context of the Communal Water Infrastructure Project Batumi V, financed in the framework of German Georgian Financial Cooperation. The MACS team of experts in cooperation with the Vocational Education Training Center of the University will develop a Training course for water and wastewater service practitioners. The Training and Retraining Course will be piloted from 2026, first for staff of BTS and AWA and later, after accreditation, for all interested students and trainees.
