SERBIA: eSave Presentation at Green Finance Advanced Workshop

Presentation of eSave in the context of the Green Finance Advanced Workshop at the Ministry of Economy

At the Green Finance Advanced Workshop, organized within the programme Promoting Competitiveness in Rural Areas supported by KfW Development Bank and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Serbia, MACS had the opportunity to present eSave, one of the leading digital solutions for green portfolio management, eligibility assessment, and impact reporting.

The presentation demonstrated how eSave supports funds and financial institutions in the appraisal of green investments, calculation of energy savings and CO₂ reductions, and structured monitoring of green portfolios in line with international climate finance requirements. The tool enables efficient management of both standard and non-standard investment measures and supports transparent reporting throughout the financing cycle.

In Serbia, eSave has been applied under several green finance programmes with multiple financial institutions. More broadly, the platform is currently used by over 130 financial institutions in 24 countries, covering more than 108,000 reported loans and EUR 2.3 billion in financed green investments so far.
